South Dalmatia - Split

With almost 200,000 inhabitants, Split is the second largest city in Croatia after Zagreb and the cultural center of Dalmatia. The historic city of Split is popularly considered the capital of Dalmatia. Split is an important port city, has numerous historical, archaeological and cultural monuments – especially the famous Diocletian’s Palace. Split’s old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition to the many historical sights, Split has wonderful bays and beaches, many good restaurants, a colorful nightlife and lots of culture to offer. In summer, the city turns into a huge open-air stage with numerous concerts, theater, art and folklore performances.

Marina Split

The ACI Marina Split is located in the southwestern part of the city port of Split and is a perfect starting point for sailing in Croatia. The marina, which is open all year round, has 364 berths for sails and motor yachts on water and over 60 dry berths. All berths are equipped with electricity and water connections.
